High Performance Parenting offers parenting courses that will change the way you parent! Drawing from the scientific research literature on parenting and child well-being, we will provide the key pieces of information necessary to ensure that your child thrives.
We know you're busy. We've got your back.
We are so thrilled to be offering these courses to parents. We've spent years working with families one-on-one only to realize that the field of psychology hasn't done such a great job of getting necessary information on child mental health and well-being out to parents. We are offering these courses to meet parents where they are, in their homes, with easy to consume and highly relevant information. We know that parents often just need a few critical pieces of information to reach high performance parenting. So, we'll just give you the skinny, and you can take it from there.
